The staff were really helpful and had great local knowledge. the location is top-notch, right by the main plaza. - Walking distance to Mirador de Salento. I had a great experience at Hotel Shambala in Salento! the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the location is fantastic, just next to the main plaza, and it's within walking distance to Mirador de Salento. Plus, the double room I stayed in had nice beds and a balcony. It was a perfect choice for my stay in Salento!

Clean hotel with excellent staff and favourable location so close to coffee shops restaurant as well as the main plaza. Big rooms with a balcony for property guests. Rooftop bar in the hotel. Honestly no complaints...
